The Candles

What are D-Ritual candles made of?
Natural soy wax, hand-poured in small batches, with phthalate-free fragrance oils and a crackling wood wick. Vegan and cruelty-free.

How long does a candle burn?
Each 8 oz candle burns for approximately 50 hours when cared for properly.

Why a wood wick?
A wood wick gives a soft crackling sound, like a miniature fireplace, and a clean, even burn. It is part of what makes lighting a D-Ritual candle feel like a ritual.

Candle Care & Safety

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar (2 to 3 hours). This prevents tunneling and extends the life of your candle. Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/8" (3 to 6 mm).

Any safety rules I should know?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, children, and pets. Stop using the candle when about 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then standard shipping takes 2 to 10 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us at Info@D-Ritual.com as soon as possible with your order number.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email Info@D-Ritual.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will make it right.

Do you accept returns?
Because candles are a personal-use product, we cannot accept returns. Damaged or defective items are always taken care of (see above).
