Refund policy
At D-Ritual, we strive to ensure you love every candle you receive. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on candles. Exceptions are made under the following specific conditions:
1. Order Cancellations.
- You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped to our transportation partner.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to us via email at Info@D-Ritual.com as soon as possible.
- Please include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Address associated with the order
- Any other relevant details.
Note: While we aim to process cancellation requests promptly, we cannot guarantee approval if the order is already in transit.
2. Delivery Issues.
If your order does not arrive due to delivery issues:
- Contact us at Info@D-Ritual.com to report the issue.
- We will conduct an investigation, which may take 15 business days or longer.
- Please note that refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will only be offered if our investigation confirms the issue was beyond your control.
3. Damaged or Broken Items.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Send an email to Info@D-Ritual.com with:
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Your order number
- Any additional details about the condition of the package upon arrival.
We will review your case and provide a resolution, which may or may not include a replacement or refund.
